Installing eSIM on iPhone

Method 1: Automatic Method

1. Ensure your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
2. In SIMzip App, under your purchased eSIM tap "Install eSIM"
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the plan and complete activation.

Method 2: Using a QR Code

1. Ensure your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
2. Open Settings and select Cellular (or Mobile Data).
3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
4. Choose Use QR Code and point your camera at the QR code or Download QR code from SIMzip App.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the plan and complete activation.

Method 3: Manual Installation

1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan).
2. Tap Enter Details Manually.
3. Enter the SM-DP+ address and Activation Code supplied by SIMzip.
4. Complete the on-screen steps to activate and label your new plan.

Installing eSIM on Android

Method 1: Using a QR Code

1. Connect your device to Wi-Fi.
2. Open Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network (the exact path may vary by manufacturer).
3. Tap + Add eSIM or Download a SIM.
4. Select Scan QR Code and scan the code or Download QR code from SIMzip App.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm and activate your eSIM plan.

Method 2: Manual Installation

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network.
2. Tap + Add eSIM (or similar option).
3. Choose Enter Activation Code (or Enter it manually).
4. Input the SM-DP+ address and Activation details provided by SIMzip.
5. Complete any remaining prompts to finalize your eSIM installation.
