Managing eSIM

Activate/Deactivate to Avoid Roaming Charges

If you have both a physical SIM and an eSIM on your device, you can manage which one to use for data or calls:

• On iPhone:
  • Go to Settings > Cellular.
  • Under Cellular Plans, select the plan you want to enable/disable.
  • Toggle Turn On This Line on or off as needed.
  • To avoid roaming charges, turn off Data Roaming for your physical SIM (if you don’t want to roam on that line).

• On Android:
  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (or Mobile Network).
  • Select the SIM (physical or eSIM) you wish to enable/disable.
  • Toggle Mobile Data or Enable SIM on or off as needed.
  • For roaming, check Data Roaming settings and disable it if you want to avoid extra charges on a specific SIM.
