Troubleshooting
My eSIM is not working right after installation.
eSIM only activates at the destination eSIM is purchased for. If you are not yet at your destination, do not worry - eSIM will activate automatically as soon as you land there.
Confirm you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) during setup.
Turn On and Off airplane mode.
Verify that you have scanned the correct QR code or manually entered the activation details.
Internet is not working on my mobile phone.
Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > [Your eSIM Profile] and ensure it is enabled.
Check if you need to enter APN settings (if provided by SIMzip).
Make sure you have enabled data roaming for the SIMzip eSIM and data is enabled for this eSIM.
I need to remove or deactivate my eSIM.
On iPhone: Settings > Cellular > [Select your eSIM line] > Remove eSIM.
On Android: Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > [Select eSIM] > Delete.
What if I receive an error activating the eSIM?

Double-check the activation code and SM-DP+ address provided by SIMzip if you entered them manually.
Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa.
