My eSIM is not working right after installation.
  • eSIM only activates at the destination eSIM is purchased for. If you are not yet at your destination, do not worry - eSIM will activate automatically as soon as you land there.
  • Confirm you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) during setup.
  • Turn On and Off airplane mode.
  • Verify that you have scanned the correct QR code or manually entered the activation details.
Internet is not working on my mobile phone.
  • Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > [Your eSIM Profile] and ensure it is enabled.
  • Check if you need to enter APN settings (if provided by SIMzip).
  • Make sure you have enabled data roaming for the SIMzip eSIM and data is enabled for this eSIM.
I need to remove or deactivate my eSIM.
  • On iPhone:
    Settings > Cellular > [Select your eSIM line] > Remove eSIM.
  • On Android:
    Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > [Select eSIM] > Delete.
What if I receive an error activating the eSIM?
  • eSIM only activates at the destination eSIM is purchased for. If you are not yet at your destination, do not worry - eSIM will activate automatically as soon as you land there.
  • Double-check the activation code and SM-DP+ address provided by SIMzip if you entered them manually.
  • Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa.
  • Contact SIMzip support if the issue persists.
